[Hiring] Social Media Manager @Khibraty

Role Description

Our client is building infrastructure for sovereign AI, the kind of technology that shapes how nations, enterprises, and people experience intelligence. We need someone who can translate that into a social presence that actually lands. Not just someone who can schedule posts. Someone who gets it.

• Full ownership of client's social channels: strategy, content, cadence, and community across LinkedIn, X, and wherever the conversation is happening.
• Knowing what to post, when, and why. You follow the AI and tech news cycle closely and you know how to move fast when something matters.
• Building content that speaks to both Western tech audiences and the Middle East, two markets we operate in seriously, not as an afterthought.
• Working with our comms, product, and exec team to turn complex ideas into content that's sharp, accessible, and true to who we are.
• Managing content calendars, coordinating assets, and keeping the pipeline moving, especially around launches, events, and announcements.
• Tracking performance and being honest about what's working and what isn't. We make decisions based on data, not vibes.

Qualifications

• You live in the tech and AI space online, not just as a job, but because you're genuinely curious about it.
• You understand the cultural nuances of both MENA and Western audiences and you know those aren't the same playbook.
• You write well in English and Arabic fluency is a genuine plus, not a checkbox.
• You have at least 4 to 6 years of social media experience, ideally in B2B tech, AI, or enterprise SaaS. You've done this before and you have the receipts.
• You're comfortable with ambiguity and working across time zones. We're a distributed team and we move fast.
• You're equally comfortable setting the strategy and executing on it. You take a brief and run with it.

Requirements

• Bonus points for Arabic fluency.
• AI/ML literacy.
• Enterprise SaaS background.
• Experience with GCC markets.
• Basic visual/content creation skills.
• Startup or scale-up experience.
