Role Description
We are looking for a Social Media Manager for a company of a trusted and accurate source of cryptocurrency market capitalizations, pricing, and information. Based in the United States, this company provides up-to-date data to millions of individuals, organizations, and exchanges worldwide.

Run the day-to-day operations of the company’s social platforms (Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Reddit, Telegram, etc.)

Engage in online conversations with the company’s social community about our services

Ideate unique and engaging social media ideas and campaigns

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the overall marketing goals and target audiences

Track performance metrics, measure the success of campaigns, and make data-driven decisions for optimization

Continue to grow current social channels, identify new platform opportunities to continue expansion, and identify opportunities and/or potential issues

Strategize and coordinate social media distribution of new research reports published daily and new product releases

Manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns simultaneously, adhering to timelines and deadlines

Coordinate with other teams to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels
Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in a Social Media Manager role

Strong writing skills and the ability to create engaging and compelling content for social media posts and campaigns

Previous experience in the crypto industry (i.e., Tokens, DeFi, Crypto Exchanges, Meme Coins, etc.)

Familiarity with social media management tools like SproutSocial, Google Analytics, Monday.com, etc.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively

Level of studies: Diploma, Bachelor, or Master Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar

Language Requirements: Fluent/Native in English

Based in Europe/Dubai is highly preferred, due to co-worker locations/meeting time (Team is based across America, Europe, and SEA/East Asia)
