Role Description

Responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across paid advertising platforms and social media channels for estate and letting agents.

Remote (South Africa), Salary: R26000 p/m, 9-5 UK hours.

The purpose of this role is to manage paid media and social media strategy, content planning, and client accounts. It exists to develop digital marketing strategies and manage advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads to drive measurable results for clients. The main focus areas include:

• Campaign management
• Graphic design using Canva
• Social media scheduling
• Performance analysis

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage paid media and social media campaigns for companies with a focus on Facebook/Meta and Google Ads.
• Create, launch, and monitor advertising campaigns, optimising for CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
• Develop and schedule social media content across Meta, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok using Hootsuite.
• Design social media graphics, blog visuals, and landing page assets using Canva.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and provide regular performance updates.
• Conduct research for keywords and target audiences while managing client advertising budgets.
• Generate performance reports and implement A/B testing to improve messaging and targeting.
• Upload blogs and manage metadata on external websites to support campaign delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Facebook/Meta and Google Ads campaigns with measurable results.
• Experience managing social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook.
• Experience using Hootsuite for scheduling and Canva for graphic design.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• High attention to detail and strong client management skills.
• Requirement of a quiet home office space with reliable equipment for fully remote work.
• Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certifications (desirable).
• Experience in the property industry or UK property market (advantageous).
• Experience with Adobe design tools (desirable).
