Role Description

We’re looking for someone to elevate social media strategy. Level Agency is hiring a strategic, culturally fluent Social Media Manager to lead high-impact social strategy across key accounts.

• Act as the right hand to the Director of Social Media
• Own strategy and guide client conversations

Qualifications

• 7+ years of social media experience, with significant client-facing exposure (agency experience strongly preferred)
• Proven experience independently leading social strategy for brands
• Experience managing and mentoring junior team members
• Deep knowledge of Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn (Reddit and emerging platforms a plus)
• Strong data fluency and performance-oriented thinking
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• A strategic mindset grounded in both culture and results

Requirements

• Hands-on content creation experience
• Experience integrating influencer strategy into broader social programs
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with paid media and analytics teams
