Role Description

Join us as a Social Media & Organic Growth Manager and become the owner of Zeely’s organic growth direction. In this role, you’ll turn social media into a scalable product growth channel through fast experimentation, iteration, and a strong focus on metrics and impact.

Your main mission is to build one of the strongest organic growth engines on the market and make social media a meaningful driver of product adoption and business results.

Your key responsibilities:

• Develop Instagram and X as strategic product growth channels, not just communication platforms
• Own and execute a video-first content strategy, tailored to platform-specific mechanics
• Continuously test growth hypotheses, analyze results, and scale high-performing formats
• Build and scale the influencer & UGC direction, strengthening social proof and integrating UGC into both organic and paid strategies
• Track and analyze key growth and business metrics to measure social media impact
• Collaborate closely with product, growth, and performance teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with social media as a growth channel
• Proven experience with organic and paid strategies, supported by successful cases
• Deep understanding of Instagram and X algorithms
• Hands-on experience with video-first formats and UGC
• Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with metrics and reporting
• High level of ownership, independence, and responsibility for results

Requirements

• Experience scaling organic growth for B2C or product-led companies (nice to have)
• Background in US market–focused social strategies (nice to have)
• Experience working closely with product teams (nice to have)
