Architect the Alapai Global and our subsidiaries' brand identities. You aren't just posting—you are building the strategy, the content, and the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute a multi-platform content strategy (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Create high-engagement short-form video content and long-form thought leadership for our podcasts
• Actively engage with our professional community to grow our brand influence
• Track analytics and optimize content flow to drive engagement and lead generation

• Creative mindset, storytelling ability, and a deep understanding of video trends
• Advanced English
• Willingness to commit to a project and sprint timeline

The "Sprint" Commitment

• Short Sprint: 320 Hours (approx. 4 months, minimum 20 hours per week)
• Mid-Sprint: 480 Hours (approx. 4 months, minimum 30 hours per week)
• Long Sprint: 640 Hours (approx. 4 months, minimum 40 hours per week)
• Career Sprint: 960 Hours (approx. 6 months, minimum 40 hours per week)

Program Disclosure & Compensation Structure

While there is no base salary, participants are eligible to earn commissions, project-based bonuses, and royalties tied directly to the achievement of measurable KPIs and project milestones outlined for each specific role.
