[Hiring] Social Media / Influencer Coordinator @C2 Staffing

Role Description

C2's client, a fast-moving digital agency where creativity, strategy, and performance come together to help brands grow, seeks a Social Media & Influencer Coordinator to help bring social media and influencer campaigns to life across a diverse portfolio of client accounts.

This role transforms approved strategies into polished execution, partnering with internal teams to coordinate content, engage online communities, manage influencer relationships, and keep multiple campaigns moving smoothly from start to finish.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years supporting social media, influencer marketing, or related digital marketing initiatives
• Proven ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns, or projects simultaneously
• Comfortable executing approved strategies with accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube
• Proficiency with social scheduling platforms; HeyOrca and Hootsuite preferred
• Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms; Upfluence preferred
• Confidence using Workamajig or comparable project management software
