Role Description

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. We are seeking an experienced Social Media & Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant to support the execution of the company's marketing initiatives. This role is focused on consistent content creation, organization, and execution, while working closely with the Communications Committee, which will provide strategy, approvals, and brand direction.

The primary goal is to increase engagement, drive event attendance, and grow membership through structured, event-driven marketing efforts.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation
• Strong graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
• Excellent written English skills (Level A – Excellent)
• Strong communication skills (Level A – Neutral spoken English)
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and structured workflows
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Experience with content calendars and reporting

Requirements

• Contracted Hours per Week: 15 hours/week
• Daily Working Time: between 9 AM and 4 PM CST
• Scheduled Working Days: Monday-Friday
• Reporting To/POC: To Be Determined
