Role Description
We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media & Creator Manager to own Softr’s social presence and grow awareness across channels like LinkedIn, X, and beyond. You’ll turn product updates, launches, and community stories into scroll-stopping content that builds our brand and drives engagement.

Own our social strategy: Plan, create, and publish content across LinkedIn and X, and explore other key channels to grow reach, engagement, and brand awareness.

Lead creative storytelling: Turn GTM launches, customer stories, and product updates into narrative-driven posts and campaigns that stand out in the no-code / SaaS space.

Engage and create conversation: Be an active voice in our social channels—respond to comments, jump into relevant industry discussions, and find ways to connect with users, builders, and partners in authentic ways.

Support branded creator campaigns: Work alongside our Influencer Manager to collaborate with creators and influencers to expand Softr’s reach and brand presence in new communities.

Collaborate across teams: Partner with product marketing, design, and community to amplify launches, events, and company milestones.

Support thought leadership: Help leadership and team members craft authentic, high-impact posts that reflect their voices while staying aligned with brand messaging.

Track and analyze performance: Measure engagement, reach, and growth to continuously improve content strategy.

Stay ahead of trends: Spot creative trends in social, tech, and design communities and translate them into actionable ideas for Softr’s channels.
Qualifications

A creative thinker who knows how to make technical products feel human, visual, and engaging.

A witty writer who can turn even complex ideas into scroll-stopping, shareable stories.

You live and breathe social trends—always spotting what’s next, what’s working, and how to make it fit Softr’s voice.

Skilled in writing for social—short-form copy, narrative threads, and visual storytelling.

Comfortable creating light visuals or working with design tools (Figma, Canva, etc.) to bring ideas to life quickly.

Experienced in managing social accounts for a brand, startup, or personal creator presence with proven audience growth.

Analytical enough to use insights to shape strategy, not just post content.

Excited about AI, no-code, startups, and the intersection of product, design, and community.
Requirements

Bonus points if you have experience building or collaborating with branded creator/influencer campaigns.

Have a strong personal presence on LinkedIn, X, or similar platforms.

Can ideate or storyboard short-form video content (motion, animation, reels, or lo-fi video).
