Role Description

Keep B2Spin's social media content sharp, on-brand, and always moving — owning the full journey from calendar planning to final approval.

What You Will Do

• Own and manage content calendars across all social media platforms, keeping everything organised, on time, and on brand.
• Kick off each week by briefing content tasks every Monday — setting clear priorities and keeping production workflows running smoothly.
• Write detailed, creative briefs for designers and copywriters that leave zero room for guesswork.
• Work closely with the CRM team to align social content with campaigns, promotions, tournaments, giveaways, and on-site updates.
• Review and approve designs and copy against brand, compliance, and platform best-practice standards.
• Manage external agencies, deliver constructive feedback, and continuously sharpen production and approval processes.

Qualifications

• Background in social casino, sweepstakes casino, iGaming, or a closely related industry.
• Proven experience managing social media content calendars at pace.
• Strong written communication skills — especially when it comes to crafting clear, detailed creative briefs.
• Hands-on experience with task management tools like Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp.
• A solid eye for design, copy, and what makes content perform across social platforms.
• Experience running QA and approving creative work within compliance-driven environments.
