[Hiring] Social Media & Content Manager @Remote World

Role Description

You'll manage social media accounts and create written content for a portfolio of consumer brand clients. Your main output will be engaging posts, short-form copy, and monthly content calendars — working closely with the creative director to hit each client's tone and targets.

• Build and manage monthly content calendars for 4–6 brand clients
• Write captions, short articles, and ad copy in brand voice
• Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn
• Monitor engagement metrics and compile weekly performance reports
• Respond to comments and DMs on behalf of clients as needed

Qualifications

• Strong writing skills with an ear for brand voice
• Experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional)
• Organised and reliable — clients depend on consistent scheduling
• Comfortable using scheduling tools such as Buffer or Hootsuite

Requirements

• Experience with Canva or basic graphic editing (nice to have)
• Knowledge of social media advertising (Meta Ads, etc.) (nice to have)
• Previous agency or client-facing work (nice to have)
