Qualifications

• 2+ years of content creation experience.
• Comfort in front of and behind the camera.
• Ability to use video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and audience growth.
• Creative, fast-moving, and data-aware.

Requirements

• Ideate and produce content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
• Film, edit, and publish short-form video content.
• Write compelling captions and engage with comments.
• Monitor trends and adapt content strategy accordingly.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams on campaigns.
