Role Description
We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media & Content Coordinator based in San Pedro Sula to help bring the Mentors CX brand to life across LinkedIn and Instagram. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role.
-
Help turn company updates, mentor insights, articles, events, videos, and ideas from our team into clear and engaging social media content.
-
Work directly with the founder of Mentors CX.
-
Be comfortable receiving direction while also bringing ideas, identifying opportunities, and making thoughtful recommendations.
-
Engagement will be either 10 or 15 hours per week, depending on availability and commitment.
-
The role is primarily remote, but applicants must live in San Pedro Sula and be available for occasional in-person content sessions, events, or meetings when needed.
What you will do

-
Write and edit English-language posts for LinkedIn and Instagram.
-
Adapt ideas for the style and audience of each platform.
-
Repurpose blog articles, videos, mentor insights, events, and company updates into social content.
-
Create simple graphics, carousels, stories, reels, and other lightweight assets.
-
Edit short-form video using CapCut, Canva, or a similar tool.
-
Maintain clear grammar, tone, formatting, and editorial quality.
-
Publishing and community engagement:
-
Schedule and publish approved content consistently.
-
Support engagement through relevant comments and community interaction.
-
Help identify conversations, creators, mentors, and organizations with which Mentors CX should engage.
-
Monitor basic messages and comments and escalate anything requiring a response.
-
Performance and reporting:
-
Track basic performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, clicks, and top-performing content.
-
Provide a short weekly summary of completed work, published content, and upcoming priorities.
-
Share observations about what is working, what is not working, and what we should test next.
-
Keep content files, drafts, links, and assets organized.
What success looks like
-
Mentors CX publishes consistently across LinkedIn and Instagram.
-
Content is thoughtful, useful, accurate, and aligned with the brand.
-
English copy feels natural and human rather than generic or overly automated.
-
Content deadlines and publishing commitments are met.
-
Articles, videos, events, and company activities are repurposed efficiently.
-
Performance insights lead to better content decisions over time.
-
You proactively bring ideas and communicate when something is unclear or could be improved.
