Role Description

This role involves building and operating an AI-driven content engine that produces high-quality, consistent, and strategic content for various platforms.

• Design a content pipeline (idea → research → AI draft → human refinement → publish → measure → optimize)
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Midjourney, automation tools, etc.)
• Experiment with AI agents for:
  • Blog generation
  • Repurposing content across platforms
  • SEO research automation
  • Trend scanning
• Create structured content calendars
• Turn founder insights into high-performing posts
• Build reusable content frameworks
• Analyze metrics and optimize systematically

Qualifications

• Obsessed with AI tools and workflows
• Has experimented with GPTs, agents, automations
• Understands how to prompt properly
• Thinks in systems, not single posts
• Curious about startups, SaaS, AI
• Wants real ownership, not micro tasks

Requirements

• Bonus if you understand SEO basics
• Know automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
• Have built something yourself (blog, newsletter, bot, automation…)
