Role Description

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

As a Social Media Account Coordinator , you will manage social media accounts for multiple clients and drive growth through strategic content creation, consistent publishing, audience engagement, and performance optimization. You will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing social media plans
• Managing content calendars
• Creating and adapting content
• Monitoring account performance
• Identifying opportunities to increase reach, engagement, follower growth, and brand awareness

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing social media for brands or multiple client accounts, understands platform-specific best practices, and can balance creativity, organization, and data-driven decision-making to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing social media accounts
• Experience managing social media for brands, agencies, or multiple client accounts is preferred
• Proven experience creating, adapting, and publishing social media content
• Experience growing social media accounts through consistent execution, audience engagement, and performance optimization

Requirements

• Demonstrates a strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, with familiarity with YouTube considered a plus
• Understands how content formats, audience behavior, and platform best practices differ across major social channels
• Has experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools to manage publishing workflows and evaluate account performance
• Can create compelling social media content and write engaging copy that aligns with different brand voices and objectives
• Is comfortable analyzing engagement, reach, follower growth, and content performance data and translating those insights into actionable recommendations
• Can develop and maintain organized content calendars while coordinating approvals, scheduling, and publishing across multiple accounts
• Understands audience growth and community engagement strategies and can identify opportunities to strengthen brand presence
• Can manage multiple client accounts, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Is able to communicate social media performance, recommendations, and creative ideas clearly to clients and internal teams
