• Perform keyword research to identify target keywords
• Implement SEO best practices to optimize on-site SEO tags
• Optimize copy to support our keyword targeting goals
• Develop link building strategies to grow site authority and keyword rankings
• Discuss strategy and insights on client calls or in-person meetings
• Develop, communicate and execute strategy, set up meeting agendas, build customized reporting, optimize, and be an ally to our clients
• Collaborate across the paid media teams to help create blended paid media strategies that have the client’s KPI and goals as the north star
• Play an integral role as a lead on a number of our accounts

Qualifications

• Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 1+ year(s) of experience in hands-on, day to day management of SEO accounts
• Experience writing SEO tags, optimizing content, and link building
• Ability to examine and understand data to drive decision making
• Analytical thinker- always asking the “why” and not afraid to speak up
• Ability to manage tasks between different departments
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and formulas to help drive efficiencies for day-to-day tasks
• Experience with Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and/or ScreamingFrog a plus
• E-commerce & direct response experience a plus
• Experience in Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, Storyblock, or Magento a plus
• Experience creating new internal company processes to improve workflows a plus

Requirements

• Compensation: $60,000-$75,000
