Role Description
This leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies in the Arab market to achieve company objectives and drive growth in the region.
- Lead and manage the travel sales team, setting clear goals and providing continuous training to ensure high performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet organizational targets in the Gulf region.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and improve service offerings.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Proven experience in travel sales or a related field, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the Gulf region's travel market, including key destinations, cultural nuances, and travel trends.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team towards achieving organizational goals.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a commitment to delivering personalized and memorable travel experiences for clients.
