Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Arabic Reservation Agent to join our outbound sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively contacting potential customers to generate new reservations and increase revenue. You will utilize your excellent communication skills and product knowledge to effectively engage with customers and close deals.
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
- Actively sell reservations and identify opportunities to upsell additional services and packages.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
- Accurately process and manage reservations in our reservation system.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and sales targets.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Arabic: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic.
- Strong Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales and customer service.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
