[Hiring] SEO Specialist @Stallion Express

Role Description

Stallion is looking for a full-time SEO Specialist. You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as:

• Content strategy
• Link building
• Keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks

You will be reporting to the Head of Marketing who is based in Vancouver, B.C.

Your role in the team includes:

• Executing tests, collecting and analyzing data and results, and identifying trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI growth in organic traffic
• Tracking, reporting, and analyzing website analytics
• Providing ongoing weekly and monthly reports through spreadsheets
• Optimizing content and landing pages for search engine optimization
• Performing ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
• Implementing and managing our link-building strategies
• Managing our email inbox and performing outreach, pitches, and replies with copywriting skills
• Recommending changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SERP positions for target keywords

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of proven SEO experience
• Copywriting experience (blogs, website content, captions for social media, etc.)
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager, Google Search, Semrush)
• Strong background in Link Building (Guest Post Outreach, HARO, Skyscraper, and other white-hat strategies)
• Familiar with skills like keyword research, email outreach, uploading to WordPress, updating spreadsheets, and participating in forum discussions

Requirements

• Experience working for a North American company (not required, but would be a great asset)
• Working knowledge with Google Adwords or Facebook Ads (not required, but would be a great asset)
