Role Description
The SEO Specialist will join a growing SEO team to support clients in driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings. The ideal candidate is experienced in both technical and strategic aspects of SEO, including:

The role involves executing SEO strategies across multiple projects, ensuring maximum ROI for the company and its clients. Technical SEO experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic growth across client websites.

Conduct detailed keyword research, identify opportunities, and align content strategies with user intent and business goals.

Perform on-page SEO optimizations including meta tags, header structure, internal linking, schema markup, and image optimization.

Monitor and analyze site performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, and Ahrefs.

Provide detailed SEO reports, performance analysis, and actionable recommendations to improve rankings and traffic.

Collaborate with web developers and content teams to implement SEO changes and support technical SEO audits and improvements.

Assist in site migrations, develop redirect strategies, and safeguard SEO performance during transitions.

Conduct competitive analysis and backlink audits to identify gaps and opportunities in both on-page and off-page SEO.

Stay updated with SEO industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging best practices.

Mentor and support account managers, guiding them on tools, techniques, and campaign execution.

Assist the Sales team with SEO-related pre-sales consultations, strategy outlines, and technical inputs for proposals.
Qualifications

Minimum of 1-2 years’ hands-on experience in SEO (agency experience preferred).

Proven track record of managing and optimizing multiple websites across industries.

Strong knowledge of technical SEO, including crawlability, indexation, site architecture, page speed optimization, and schema.

Proficient in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

Basic understanding of HTML and CSS; ability to communicate with developers effectively.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable handling large data sets and translating insights into strategies.

Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Experience supporting site migration projects and managing redirect strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field preferred.

Experience with WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or other CMSs.

Looker Studio/Excel proficiency.

Knowledge of content strategy, E-E-A-T, and ethical link acquisition.

Familiarity with Tag Manager basics and event tracking.

Regional SEO experience (SEA/APAC) and localisation best practices.
