Role Description

• Develop, execute, and optimize SEO and PPC strategies to drive qualified traffic and conversions
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, etc.), including budgets, bids, and performance tracking
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
• Optimize on-page SEO elements (content, metadata, internal linking)
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations
• A/B test ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve ROI
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to align campaigns with overall goals
• Stay up to date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and paid media best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience in SEO and PPC campaign management
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword research tools
• Experience with on-page and technical SEO best practices
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and adjust strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple campaigns
• Experience working with international clients or remote teams is a plus
• Comfortable working U.S. hours
• Remote work from home
