[Hiring] SEO Manager @SaaS

Role Description

We are looking for an SEO Manager to own SocialPilot's organic growth across Google and AI answers, and to lead our SEO team while doing hands-on work alongside it. The role has two jobs:

• Brand discovery: Grow how many new people discover SocialPilot every month across various platforms.
• Revenue: Turn that discovery into sign-ups, paying customers, and revenue.

You report to the Head of Marketing on a weekly cadence. B2B SaaS experience is a must. You will do well here if you are revenue-oriented, AI-focused, and like to move fast.

What you will do:

• Grow brand discovery:
  • Track how many new people discover SocialPilot each month and where they find us.
  • Set the organic strategy based on searcher intent.
  • Win in AI answers (GEO and AEO).
  • Run outreach and collaborations to get SocialPilot onto relevant lists and publications.
  • Manage our listings and review sites.
  • Get the right content published with the content team.
• Turn discovery into revenue:
  • Own new sign-ups, paying customers, and revenue from organic search and AI answers.
  • Put buyer pages first to win back searches where buyers compare tools.
  • Diagnose and measure using various tools.
  • Bring new ideas and test them.
• Lead and run organic:
  • Lead the SEO team and do hands-on work alongside them.
  • Run technical SEO and guard every release.
  • Use AI and automation to improve workflows.
  • Work across teams to ship pages and fixes on time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing an SEO team with direct reports.
• Proven revenue impact from SEO.
• 8+ years of hands-on SEO B2B SaaS experience.
• A deep, current understanding of how search is changing.
• Reddit and YouTube experience.
• Hands-on with AI visibility tools.
• Outreach and listings experience.
• AI focused.
• Ability to bring your own ideas.
• Deep across technical, content, and off-page SEO.
• Fluent in Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs or Semrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Visible and reachable in a remote team.

Requirements

• Product-led growth (PLG) or free trial SaaS experience is good to have.
• Experience in social media, marketing, or martech software is good to have.
