Role Description

We're seeking a part-time consultant to manage our Google Grants account and strengthen our SEO strategy across multiple countries. This is an opportunity to directly impact how people discover Noora Health's work, including families and caregivers seeking support. You'll help us maximize $120K in free annual advertising through Google Grants, and help potential funders, supporters, and partners find us, amplifying our reach and impact across South Asia and globally.

What You Will Do

• Google Grants Management:
  • Optimize and monitor our Google Grants account monthly
  • Conduct keyword research and set up campaigns
  • Develop ad copy and ensure compliance
  • Maximize our $10K/month ad spend
• SEO Strategy:
  • Conduct quarterly SEO audits (technical, on-page, off-page)
  • Perform keyword research for South Asian markets
  • Provide content optimization recommendations
  • Guide our international SEO strategy across 4 countries
• Reporting & Communication:
  • Deliver monthly or quarterly performance reports
  • Participate in quarterly strategy review meetings
  • Potentially support YouTube optimization

Success Metrics

• Google Grants spend: $8K-10K/month utilized
• Growth in organic search traffic
• Improved keyword rankings for priority terms

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Google Grants for nonprofits
• Strong background in international or multi-country SEO
• Experience with South Asian markets
• Self-directed and able to work independently
• Based in Bangalore, Dhaka, or Jakarta
