Role Description
The SEO / Advertising Specialist will support the execution, optimization, and reporting of SEO and paid advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts. This role requires hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, a solid command of digital marketing fundamentals, and a genuine interest in modern search trends β including emerging AEO/GEO strategies.
Location: Fully remote position within LATAM.
Contract Duration: Long-term
Language Requirement: Advanced English.
What you'll do

Execute and optimize SEO and paid media campaigns across multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Manage workflows, lead tracking, and campaign automations inside GoHighLevel CRM.

Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits to drive organic growth.

Implement and refine on-page SEO initiatives β meta optimization, internal linking, content structure.

Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with a focus on ROI and lead quality.

Manage and optimize Google Business Profile listings and Local SEO strategies for Canadian markets.

Build and deliver clear, actionable KPI reports for internal team and client review (traffic, rankings, ROAS, CTR, conversions).

Implement and validate tracking setups: pixels, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion events.

Collaborate with project managers, developers, and creative teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Stay current on SEO algorithm updates, AI-driven search changes, and emerging AEO/GEO best practices.
Qualifications
-
CRM & Automation: Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel is mandatory β pipeline management, automations, and lead tracking.

SEO: Solid command of on-page SEO, technical SEO fundamentals, keyword research, local SEO, and link building.

Paid Media: Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns β from setup through optimization and reporting.

Analytics & Tracking: Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, campaign reporting, and KPI analysis.

SEO Tools: Working knowledge of SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or equivalent platforms.

Local SEO: Experience optimizing Google Business Profiles and citation strategies for North American markets.

Marketing Operations: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and client priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.

Experience: 2+ years in SEO, paid media, or digital marketing operations β agency experience strongly preferred.
