Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical SEO Manager to help maintain and improve the technical health, crawlability, indexation, discoverability, and organic search performance of our websites. This role will monitor site health, conduct technical audits, support SEO implementation projects, and validate SEO requirements after pages and site changes go live. The Technical SEO Analyst will work across multiple websites and collaborate closely with SEO, content, product, analytics, and development teams.

Hands-on experience with Google Search Console (GSC), Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and related SEO tools.

Comfortable using AI-assisted tools to improve the efficiency of technical analysis, research, documentation, and quality assurance.
Qualifications

Bachelor's in Marketing or equivalent.

Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish.

3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with a strong focus on technical SEO.

Hands-on proficiency with Google Search Console (GSC), Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.

Strong understanding of crawling and indexation, HTTP status codes, robots.txt, XML sitemaps, canonicals, redirects, structured data/schema, internal linking, HTTPS, and Core Web Vitals.

Comfort using AI-assisted research and analysis tools to improve efficiency while independently validating technical findings and recommendations.

Familiarity with log-file analysis, crawling behavior, and advanced technical SEO analysis is preferred.
Requirements

Perform recurring technical SEO checks across assigned websites and identify critical crawling, indexation, rendering, or accessibility issues.

Monitor server errors, broken links, indexability, robots.txt directives, XML sitemaps, HTTPS, and overall site health.

Conduct technical health reviews covering structured data/schema, metadata, canonicals, redirects, Core Web Vitals, crawl trends, and indexation.

Perform deeper technical audits of internal linking, crawl depth, orphan pages, duplicate content, site architecture, backlink issues, and other factors affecting organic visibility.

Support technical SEO implementation projects, including internal linking architecture, structured data/schema, URL structure, redirects, canonicalization, and template improvements.

Evaluate and validate structured data implementation using appropriate testing and validation tools.

Support technical SEO requirements before and after website migrations, redesigns, CMS changes, acquisitions/site integrations, and major site releases.

Perform post-launch QA on newly published or updated pages, checking indexability, metadata, headings, structured data, internal and external links, redirects, image SEO, and other technical and on-page requirements.

Validate technical SEO fixes after implementation and monitor websites for regression or unintended SEO impacts.

Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to JavaScript rendering, page performance, crawling, and indexation.

Analyze SEO and website data to identify patterns, anomalies, opportunities, and potential technical issues affecting search performance.

Prioritize technical SEO issues based on severity, scale, business impact, and potential organic search impact, and translate findings into clear, actionable requirements for development and other teams.

Support the technical requirements that help content remain accessible and discoverable across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search and discovery experiences.

Use AI-assisted tools where appropriate to accelerate technical analysis, research, documentation, pattern identification, and QA while independently validating findings and recommendations.

Maintain clear technical SEO documentation, audit findings, implementation requirements, and QA results.

Collaborate with SEO, content, product, analytics, and development teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall website performance.
