Role Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Marketing Manager to lead the definition and architectural development of Power electronics system solutions for Solid State Transformer architectures. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive innovation at the intersection of power electronics, functional safety, and system integration.

• Play a pivotal role in shaping next-generation power electronics platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and OEM/Tier 1 partners to deliver robust, scalable, and standards-compliant system architectures.
• Possess a strong track record of working closely with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)/Tier 1.
• Contribute to the definition and development of complex, system-level architectures.
• Align technical requirements with product strategy and customer needs through cross-functional collaboration across hardware, software, and systems engineering teams.
