[Hiring] Senior Social & Content Marketer @GetResponse

Role Description

We’re looking for a Senior Social & Content Marketer to shape how GetResponse shows up on social media. Someone who knows how to build an audience, tell stories people care about and turn creative ideas into measurable results.

This isn’t a role where you simply follow a content calendar or hand everything over to an agency. You’ll own our social channels, drive their growth and use data to understand what resonates with our audience.

You’ll report to the Brand & Content Marketing Lead and help set our social strategy. You’ll have the autonomy to test new ideas and formats, collaborating with our Video & Campaigns Manager and the wider Brand team to bring creative concepts to life.

Social media will be your main focus, taking up around 70% of your time. The remaining 30% will be split between creating content beyond social (15%) and leading cross-functional marketing projects (15%).

Main tasks:

• Own and grow our social presence across global and Polish channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, driving reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Plan, create, and publish social content day to day, experimenting with formats, storytelling, and messaging to engage a professional B2B audience.
• Build relationships with our audience through community management and customer advocacy initiatives.
• Turn social into a pipeline driver, contributing to demo requests, trial sign-ups, and referral traffic.
• Run experiments and analyze performance, turning insights into measurable improvements in social media results and business impact.
• Create content beyond social media, including blog articles, newsletters, landing pages, and campaign assets, collaborating with our content team.
• Lead cross-functional marketing projects from brief to execution and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years managing social media for a SaaS, B2B tech, or digital brand.
• A track record of growing social channels and delivering measurable results.
• Experience connecting social media activity to business outcomes, for example through UTM tracking and HubSpot reporting.
• Strong writing skills, backed by a portfolio of longer-form content such as blog articles, newsletters, or campaign copy.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects from brief to execution and reporting.
• Practical experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or HeyGen.
• Full professional proficiency in both Polish and English.
• Confidence appearing on camera and creating content in both languages.
• The ability to balance creativity with a professional B2B brand tone of voice.

Requirements

• Salary range: 10,000 - 14,000 PLN gross/month on a contract of employment.
