Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior SEO & Paid Ads Specialist to lead and execute organic and paid digital marketing strategies focused on increasing website traffic, generating qualified leads, and driving measurable business growth. Highly autonomous and data-driven, you will combine technical SEO expertise with paid advertising management to develop, implement, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms. Your primary objective is to ensure efficient budget allocation, maximize return on investment (ROI/ROAS), and translate complex marketing performance data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• SEO Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
  • Implement on-page, off-page, and technical optimizations.
• Paid Advertising Management:
  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns (search, display, remarketing, and performance-based) across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
  • Manage budgets, monitor spending, and optimize bidding strategies to maximize ROI and ROAS.
• Analytics & Optimization:
  • Monitor campaign performance, track website traffic, and analyze user behavior.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
  • Develop landing page optimization strategies to continuously improve conversion rates and lead generation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting:
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices and paid campaign alignment.
  • Create and present regular performance reports, establish KPIs, and refine strategies based on business objectives.
• Innovation & Market Trends:
  • Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates and advertising platform changes.
  • Proactively identify new growth opportunities, emerging channels, and innovative approaches to improve digital marketing performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, paid advertising, performance marketing, or a related digital marketing role, with a proven track record of improving organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions.
• Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads (keyword targeting, bidding strategies, budget allocation).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and industry-standard SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
• Deep understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO, as well as conversion tracking, attribution models, and performance measurement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data, manage multiple projects, and present insights effectively.
• Must have a dedicated, noise-free home office setup equipped with a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a backup power source.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)

• Experience with Meta Ads and other diverse paid advertising platforms.
• Experience working with content management systems (CMS), landing page builders, and basic HTML/CSS.
• Advanced English proficiency.
