Role Description
Kleinfelder is seeking a Sr. Proposal Coordinator to support our A/E business development efforts in the Central Division. We are looking for someone with the experience and ability to take an opportunity from start to finish and increase our probability of winning through capture plans, SWOT analysis, and client value propositions. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating proposals within the transportation, water, environmental, state/local government, power and oil/gas markets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (preferred) in English, Marketing, Journalism, or Communications with 6+ years of experience in the engineering, transportation, construction management, or architecture industry.

10+ years of experience in the engineering, transportation, construction management, or architecture industry (without a degree).

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
