Role Description
At New Relic, we believe observability is the core of modern engineering. We’re seeking a strategic Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead our infrastructure observability solutions. In this role, you won’t just launch features; you’ll shape how the world’s top enterprises navigate and master their complex digital environments.
You will join a collaborative team that is the bridge between our engineering vision and our customers’ success. This is a high-visibility role where you will act as the voice of the product to the market, and the voice of the market back to the product. You will be instrumental in driving New Relic’s growth and cementing our leadership in AI-driven observability. This will be achieved by translating complex cloud infrastructure technologies, such as Kubernetes, eBPF, and serverless architectures, into clear, human-centric value propositions.
If you thrive on crafting narratives that resonate with everyone from C-level executives to DevOps and platform engineers and platform operators, this is the place for you.

Shape the Narrative: Take ownership of messaging and positioning for our advanced observability solutions, turning technical concepts into compelling stories that resonate with everyone from DevOps engineers to C-suite executives.
-
Lead the Strategy: Design and execute comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) plans for new observability products, ensuring seamless launches and long-term market adoption.

-
Empower Our Teams: Act as a dedicated partner to our Sales and Enablement teams, equipping them with the tools and insights they need to win in a competitive B2B landscape.
-
Influence the Future: Collaborate deeply with Product Management and Engineering to share market insights and customer feedback, helping to build the roadmap for the next generation of infrastructure monitoring.
-
Drive Results: Use data-driven insights to measure the impact of your initiatives, iterating and refining our approach to boost operational excellence.
