Role Description

Noma Security is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive our go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and content initiatives. This role is essential for bridging product, marketing, and sales - crafting compelling messaging and ensuring successful product launches. You’ll be central to shaping how we talk about what we do, what makes us different, and how customers can get the most value from our platform.

We’re looking for someone deeply analytical, strategically creative, and excited to work in the fast-moving world of cybersecurity and AI.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Go-to-Market Strategy
  • Lead cross-functional launch planning for new products and features.
  • Define target customer segments and develop detailed buyer personas.
  • Align product positioning and pricing with market and competitive dynamics.
  • Coordinate with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure smooth launches.
• Content & Enablement
  • Create product sheets, sales tools, and customer case studies.
  • Develop training materials for sales and channel partners.
  • Build content for web, blog, and demand gen campaigns.
  • Support sales with tailored messaging and mid/bottom-funnel materials.
• Market Research & Analysis
  • Conduct customer interviews and competitive research.
  • Analyze product usage and market trends to inform positioning.
  • Synthesize feedback from customers and GTM teams into actionable insights.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and advise product roadmap decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in cybersecurity or AI startups.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in market and competitive analysis.
• Foundational understanding of AI and security concepts.
• Proficiency with marketing tech stacks—CRM systems, CMS, analytics platforms.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and project management abilities.
