[Hiring] Senior Product Growth Marketer @AstroPay

Role Description

We’re looking for a Senior Product Growth Marketer who is a builder at heart. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who combines growth, product marketing, data, execution, and AI. Someone who can independently find problems, understand them through data, and turn those findings into campaigns, experiments, automations, or projects that move business metrics. This is not a people management role. Seniority here means being able to solve complex problems and execute independently, not managing a team.

Requirements

• Find problems through data.
• Analyze funnels, cohorts, retention, churn, activation, monetization, and product usage to proactively identify opportunities.
• Turn insights into execution.
• Go from a data finding to a hypothesis, define the KPI you want to move, and build the campaign, experiment, or project to move it.
• Own campaigns end-to-end.
• Build and launch initiatives to activate users, increase product adoption, improve retention, recover churned users, and drive incremental revenue.
• Measure what you ship.
• Understand whether an initiative actually generated incremental impact, learn from it, and iterate.
• Work hands-on with data.
• Be comfortable navigating dashboards, building analyses, segmenting users, and answering your own questions with data. SQL is a strong plus.
• Build automations.
• Identify repetitive or inefficient processes and create workflows, automations, or tools that make the team faster.
• Be AI-driven.
• Use AI as part of your daily workflow to analyze, research, prototype, automate, build, and execute — not just to generate content.
• Operate across teams.
• Work closely with Product, Data, Engineering, CRM, Design, and other teams to get initiatives shipped.
• Communicate at a senior level.
• Clearly explain opportunities, business cases, results, and trade-offs to C-level stakeholders and the Board when needed.
