[Hiring] Senior PPC Growth Specialist @hosting.com

Role Description

The Senior PPC Growth Specialist owns paid social, paid search, and emerging-channel acquisition at hosting.com end-to-end. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role: you sit within the PPC team but operate like a self-sufficient growth specialist — running your own channels from strategy through execution, testing, and reporting, with an AI-first, test-driven approach.

You will primarily focus on media buying across Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok, while expanding into other paid channels as opportunities emerge. Where you need creative assets, you either brief and coordinate with the creative team or produce lightweight creatives yourself — whatever gets a test live fastest.

• Own media buying end-to-end across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and TikTok — from awareness to remarketing.
• Expand into new channels (e.g. Reddit, LinkedIn, ChatGPT, programmatic, native) and validate them through structured tests.
• Plan, launch, and report on continuous testing programs with clear hypotheses and success criteria.
• Drive creative velocity — brief and partner with the creative team when needed, and produce your own lightweight ad creatives (copy, static, simple video edits) to keep tests moving.
• Own the full funnel — audience strategy, budgets, bids, landing page alignment, and post-click conversion.
• Partner cross-functionally with the pricing team on offers and the data team on conversion tracking and attribution.
• Use AI tools daily (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) for ad copy, creative iteration, research, reporting, and automation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing paid social with direct budget responsibility.
• Strong hands-on Google Ads, YouTube ads, Meta and TikTok Ads experience, including full-funnel and remarketing programs.
• Self-sufficient operator — comfortable owning a channel end-to-end and getting creatives produced, whether by briefing others or making them yourself.
• Comfortable with conversion tracking, attribution, and BI tools (Tableau or similar) as the primary source of truth.
• Hands-on with AI tools as part of a daily workflow.
• Strong written English.

Nice to have

• Experience testing and scaling emerging paid channels beyond Meta and TikTok.
• Basic design or video-editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar) for rapid creative iteration.
• Experience in SaaS, hosting, or subscription/DTC growth.
