Role Description

Ready to own paid media strategy for some of the fastest-growing B2B companies? If you can run a Google Ads account (LinkedIn and Meta, too) with precision, and guide conversations with conviction, composure and confidence, we want to talk to you.

We're looking for a Paid Media Strategist who can lead senior client conversations, turn campaign complexity into clear business recommendations, and confidently explain what matters, why it matters, and what should happen next.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on B2B paid media, with at least 1 year in B2B SaaS
• Prior client-facing strategy role where you owned communication, not just execution
• Track record hitting MQL, SQL, or pipeline targets for B2B clients
• Direct responsibility for at least $50k in monthly ad spend across multiple accounts
• Google Ads depth plus at least one of LinkedIn, Meta, or Microsoft Ads
• Working command of GA4, GTM, and CRM attribution (HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Written and spoken communication skills strong enough to lead senior calls and defend recommendations under pressure

Requirements

• Lead senior client conversations with clarity, confidence, and commercial judgment
• Keep control of a call: set the agenda, handle pushback thoughtfully in the moment, land on decisions and next steps
• Report on the metrics the client's business runs on (demos, pipeline, revenue), never vanity metrics
• Translate campaign data into plain-language recommendations a CMO can act on
• Come to every conversation with a recommendation, not just a list of options
• Spot risks, opportunities, and blockers before the client has to ask
• Deliver honest, sometimes difficult feedback in a way clients trust
• Respectfully coach up and teach clients at multiple levels, from Marketing Managers to CMOs
