Role: Performance Marketing Specialist

Compensation:
You’ll play a key role in scaling Coverflex’s self-service engine for small businesses across Italy, Spain, or Portugal.
You’ll be fully owning demand generation in one of those markets, helping us reach our ambitious goals of 1,000 (and soon 4,000!) companies acquired per month through scalable, sustainable channels.
Your mission? Leverage acquisition tactics to drive volume, identify what works, and build the growth engine for this untapped segment. This is a brand new motion, and you’ll be the first to own it.
We’re hiring three people for this role — one for each country — so you’ll be focusing exclusively on your local market (Italy, Spain, or Portugal).
