[Hiring] Senior Paid Media Manager @Port View Resources

Role Description

Port View Resources is recruiting a fully remote Senior Paid Media Manager for a growing, performance-focused digital agency. The agency runs paid campaigns for insurance and service-business clients, including roofing, legal, real estate, healthcare, and home services. You'll own paid media strategy and execution across multiple client accounts, and your results will be measured in real leads for real businesses.

• Plan and run full-funnel paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Local Services), Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic display, and CTV/OTT.
• Build, launch, and optimize campaigns yourself, with hands-on work inside the accounts.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking with GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, and UTMs.
• Build audiences from CRM data, lookalikes and retargeting, and connect paid media to email and CRM automation.
• Build dashboards, find optimization opportunities, and present results to clients and internal teams.
• Help create media plans, proposals, and RFP responses, and spot growth opportunities within client accounts.
• Stay current on platform updates, privacy changes, and AI-driven bidding and optimization tools.

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on paid media management, with deep experience in both Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• A track record in lead generation. You know the difference between a cheap lead and a good one.
• Experience setting up conversion tracking yourself (GA4, GTM, pixels).
• Agency or multi-client experience and comfort presenting to clients over video.
• Self-directed and organized enough to manage multiple accounts and deadlines remotely.
• Comfort with data. You can turn numbers into clear recommendations.
• Experience with regulated industries such as legal, healthcare, insurance, or real estate is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, HighLevel, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, TikTok, Pinterest, or Reddit ads is a plus.
