Role Description
Weβre looking for a Senior Paid Ads Strategist who can own strategy, execution, and performance across Google Ads and Meta Ads. This is not a campaign factory role. You will work end to end, from understanding business goals and funnels to building scalable paid media systems that drive real outcomes.
This role is designed for someone who goes beyond surface-level optimizations and understands how tracking, signal quality, creative strategy, and platform mechanics work together. You will operate as a strategic partner, not a button pusher.

Qualifications

3 to 5+ years of hands-on paid ads experience with direct ownership of strategy

Strong experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads

Proven ability to work with funnels beyond simple ecommerce

Comfort operating in accounts with meaningful spend and performance responsibility

Strong analytical instincts and the ability to troubleshoot performance efficiently

Confidence leading conversations and explaining strategy to non-specialists

Clear written and verbal communication skills

High ownership mindset and comfort working in fast-moving environments
Requirements
