[Hiring] Senior Media Buyer @Profile Personnel

Role Description

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Media Buyer to take ownership of paid media activity across multiple brands and platforms. This is a highly analytical and commercially focused role, responsible for managing media budgets, optimising campaign performance and driving profitable revenue growth. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience across Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a proven ability to analyse data, optimise campaigns and maximise return on investment.

• Build, launch and manage paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing adjustments to improve results.
• Manage audience targeting, bidding strategies and budget allocation.
• Test creatives, audiences and campaign structures to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Scale high-performing campaigns and address underperforming campaigns.
• Manage monthly media budgets and ensure spend remains within approved limits.
• Analyse campaign data and optimise ROAS, CPA, CAC, conversion rates and revenue generation.
• Forecast media spend and expected returns.
• Prepare accurate weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Provide actionable insights, recommendations and early identification of risks or opportunities.
• Support product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns through paid media.
• Work closely with internal marketing and e-commerce teams to align campaigns with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' paid media experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proven experience managing substantial advertising budgets.
• Experience within an e-commerce or performance marketing environment.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel capability.
• Commercially minded with a strong focus on measurable results.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.

Requirements

• Experience with Takealot Advertising (advantageous).
• Experience with Amazon Advertising (advantageous).
• Google Analytics experience (advantageous).
• Exposure to FMCG, health, wellness or supplement brands (advantageous).
