Role Description

The Senior Marketing and HubSpot Specialist is the strategic "marketing engine" of our agency. This role underpins our team of Sales and Service specialists, ensuring that marketing components—from lead generation to technical CMS builds—are executed with precision.

• Develop and execute multi-channel initiatives
• Manage end-to-end website projects across both HubSpot and external CMS platforms
• Act as a subject matter expert during client demonstrations
• Balance technical "hands-on" execution with the ability to report on ROI
• Showcase the power of the HubSpot Marketing Hub to prospective clients

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of digital marketing experience within an agency or fast-paced consultancy environment
• Advanced proficiency in HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Content Hubs (Workflows, partitioning, custom properties, and reporting)
• Proven experience building and managing professional websites on WordPress and at least one other major CMS platform
• Hands-on experience managing paid social/search budgets and executing SEO audits/improvements
• Strong ability to present technical concepts clearly to stakeholders and "sell" the value of marketing automation
• High level of comfort with Google Analytics, GTM, and HubSpot data visualization

Requirements

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar for rapid asset creation (Nice-to-Have)
• Familiarity with Zapier or API-based lead syncing for external platforms (Nice-to-Have)
• Experience with HubSpot "Operations Hub" or advanced programmable automation (Nice-to-Have)
