[Hiring] Senior Marketing and Leasing Manager @Marathon Talent

Role Description

We are seeking a highly capable, detail-oriented marketing professional to own and execute marketing across our real estate platform, including property management, development, and brokerage. This is a senior, hands-on role with broad responsibility across the company’s marketing and leasing efforts. You will be responsible for ensuring our properties, listings and brand are presented in a polished, consistent, and timely way across all channels.

• Manage all marketing across listings, websites, email campaigns, social media, and digital platforms
• Create, update, and maintain property listings on LoopNet, Crexi, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and similar platforms
• Ensure all vacancies are marketed consistently with high-quality photos, copy, pricing, and materials
• Maintain leasing trackers, vacancy reports, commission logs, and marketing calendars
• Coordinate with property managers and leasing teams to stay ahead of upcoming vacancies and ensure all required marketing materials are prepared and available
• Manage company and property websites, newsletters, and overall digital presence
• Build and grow the company’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels
• Write clear, compelling marketing copy across listings, campaigns, and brand materials
• Support new development marketing, including branding, websites, renderings and launch materials
• Manage press outreach and media relations including identifying opportunities, pitching stories, coordinating announcements, and securing coverage for projects and company milestones
• Organize and maintain all marketing assets, files and materials
• Leverage AI and modern marketing tools to improve content creation research, workflow, and execution

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Experience in real estate, leasing, or development marketing preferred
• Proficiency across social media, websites, email marketing, digital advertising, and listing platforms
• Working knowledge of AI tools, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to work independently, think strategically, and execute efficiently
