Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Manager, Marketing Programs and Demand Generation to own our pipeline number and lead a small, cross-functional marketing pod. You are a full-funnel practitioner who isn't just comfortable looking at dashboards—you know how to roll up your sleeves to build and execute the programs that drive the metrics. You have deep full funnel, vertical oriented marketing expertise and always start with the buyers needs when building programs that convert.

You will direct a tight-knit team while remaining deeply tactical:

• Designing integrated campaigns
• Spearheading our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy
• Driving conversion opportunities for each stage of the funnel

You understand the B2B SaaS buyer's journey inside and out, and you know how to orchestrate a team to move prospects from unaware to closed-won.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive experience in demand generation, marketing programs, or field marketing within the B2B SaaS industry.
• Proven experience directly managing direct reports to execute complex campaigns.
• You are a doer with deep, tactical experience setting up webinars, developing integrated programs, running live events, and building campaigns in automation tools.
• Experience designing and running 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM campaigns targeting a complex buying committee.
• Deep knowledge of modern B2B GTM and sales alignment tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot/Marketo, Gong, ABM platforms) and a proven ability to leverage emerging AI tools to optimize campaign workflows and funnel conversion.
• You measure your team's success by pipeline generated and closed-won revenue, not just vanity metrics or MQL volume.

Requirements

• Manage and mentor a small cross-functional team.
• Design multi-channel demand generation campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels to hit ambitious pipeline and revenue targets.
• Produce and manage webinars, source and prep speakers, run virtual/field events, and manage content syndication.
• Refine and scale our Account-Based Marketing engine.
• Act as the connective tissue between Marketing and Sales.
• Write campaign briefs, direct email nurture tracks, oversee landing page creation, and ensure flawless tactical execution in our marketing automation platform.
