Role Description
We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing to join our team for a role to work remotely based in Canada. Reporting to the Director, Integrated Marketing you’re going to be a part of a team that sits at the intersection of Brand, Product, and Performance. You will be the architect of our narrative, responsible for defining why users should choose KOHO and how we tell that story across every touchpoint.

Own the brand narrative. Define and refine KOHO’s positioning in the market to ensure we stand out in a crowded fintech landscape.

Develop and lead brand-building campaigns that drive awareness and acquisition. Orchestrate cohesive execution across varied channels including digital media, OOH, PR, partnerships, influencer channels and more.

Design and execute GTM strategies for new product and feature launches to increase user engagement, retention and profitability.

Champion a "user-first" mentality. Demonstrate a deep curiosity for our user base by leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to inform all marketing strategies.

Utilize strong analytical skills to set KPIs, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize spend/efforts for maximum ROI.

Partner with Product, Creative, Affiliate, Social, and Performance teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution.

Requirements

The budgeted salary range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000 CAD / year.
