Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Influencer & Partnership Marketing to join our Performance Marketing team and lead the strategy and execution of our Influencer and Partnership marketing programs across both e-commerce and B2B funnels.
- Define, execute, and manage Influencer Marketing & Media Partnerships
- Work closely with teams across Paid Media, SEM, SEO, Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Design, Product, and Engineering
- Oversee all Partnership media channels, including Influencers (YouTube, Social, etc.), Podcasts, Affiliates, and branded media partnerships
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Partnership team
- Responsible for media buying, optimization, and strategy execution
- Identify and foster profitable relationships and uncover new ways to attract customers
- Shape the overall brand and organic social strategy by integrating insights from the Influencer and Partnership channels into content development
- Develop and implement testing strategies, identify key optimizations, and shape the long-term vision for the channel
- Contribute to marketing forecasts, track performance, and ensure alignment with channel OKRs
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, partnership marketing, or growth marketing
- Extensive experience in large-scale partnership management, including contract negotiation and performance optimization
- Self-starter with a vision and ability to work with little direct oversight
- Expertise in data-driven decision-making, with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and other analytical tools
- Proven ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing strategies
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
