Role Description
We’re looking for a pipeline-obsessed Sr Manager of Growth Marketing who knows that driving growth and revenue is paramount. You’re equal parts strategist and builder — someone who designs high-converting growth engines and isn’t afraid to get hands-on to scale demand. You combine modern digital strategy, AI-driven efficiency, and sharp execution to generate predictable pipeline across both Enterprise and Volume segments. What You’ll Do

Build and scale digital demand programs that generate pipeline across Enterprise and Commercial/Volume segments for the Americas

Own full-funnel growth strategy from lead acquisition to opportunities including paid, ABM, lifecycle, and conversion optimization

Design and run always-on demand engines using AI and automation

Partner with Sales and SDR teams to improve pipeline coverage, deal acceleration, velocity, and conversion

Help to launch account-based digital plays using buyer intent, AI tools, and personalization

Continually experiment and optimize – landing pages, ads, email sequences, offers, and journeys, personas and messaging

Own budget allocation and performance forecasting across digital channels
Qualifications

You’ve built measurable pipeline — not just leads

You’re AI-native and already use AI tools to scale and accelerate output

You’re fluent in B2B SaaS growth marketing
-
You know how to win in digital (LinkedIn, SEM, paid social, retargeting, content engines)

You can move quickly from strategy to execution

You love data-driven decision making and never run a campaign without a hypothesis
-
You create clarity and momentum and are built for high-performance teams
-
6–8+ years in Growth, Digital Demand Gen, Performance Marketing, or Revenue Marketing

Proven ownership of pipeline targets or influenced revenue

Experience in AI startups, SaaS, cybersecurity, DevOps, or data tech preferred

Strong ABM + intent data experience (eg 6sense, Tableau and Power Bi)

Deep MarTech/GTM experience across: HubSpot or Marketo, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, plus AI tools

Strong experimentation mindset with funnel optimization
