Role Description
The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager will play a critical role in helping our users discover, adopt and realize ongoing value with our product and features. This role will combine strategic thinking with analytical rigor and exceptional execution to serve a wide range of customers with unique needs, delivering the right message at the right moment.

Identify opportunities through customer insights and product data.

Design sophisticated lifecycle programs.

Lead customer engagement strategies for new products and features.

Continuously evolve the user experience through experimentation.

Partner closely with Growth Product, Product Marketing, Content, Demand Generation, Customer Success, and more.

Shape content creation based on lifecycle program needs.

Build customer delight programs that turn satisfied users into advocates for the brand.
Qualifications
-
9+ years of email and lifecycle marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company.

Experience managing a team, while choosing to stay hands-on.

Proficient in using AI tools for scaling output and program sophistication.

Deep HubSpot expertise.

Strong cross-functional influencer.

Genuine user advocate.

Analytically sharp.
-
Experience with adoption and engagement-focused programs.
-
Experience with PLG or product-led growth motions is a plus.
Requirements

Own the strategy and execution of lifecycle programs focused on driving product adoption and feature awareness.

Build and evolve a trigger-based, behavior-driven email program.

Proactively mine and analyze the existing database for opportunities.

Develop a customer delight program.

Partner closely with Content to shape what gets created.

Collaborate with Events, Webinar, and Product Marketing stakeholders.

Work alongside Marketing Ops on HubSpot strategy and architecture.

Leverage AI tools to scale the email program.

Define and track KPIs tied to adoption, engagement, and cross-sell readiness.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the email program aligns with broader GTM motion.
