Role Description
We are looking for a stellar Senior Manager, Internal & Corporate Communications who thrives on delivering strategic, company-wide messaging in support of our companyβs priorities. This person should be excited by the opportunity to influence and impact company performance and culture through creative storytelling, supporting executives and dot-connecting. They should also be comfortable being employee champions, providing counsel to senior leaders within the company, driving change management and being able to connect the day-to-day to our business needs. They should also be innovative and passionate about being a communicator in the age of AI while leveraging technology to meet our BILLders where they are.

Offer strategic guidance and communications support to our leaders and cross-functional partners ensuring alignment with our overarching goals.

Be the teamβs go-to for all things product and innovation communications for our employees and be part of crafting that narrative for BILL externally.

Spearhead the creation and execution of impactful internal and external communications strategies that align with and advance our company's objectives.

Own the delivery of our product announcements to BILLders and the ideation and execution of our internal Demo Palooza product showcase and Customers Unboxed experiences.

Craft compelling communications that empower our leaders to convey key messages effectively, ensuring they reach the intended audiences at the optimal moments (both internally and externally).

Establish and refine scalable processes to enhance communications across the organization and leadership, ensuring a consistent and impactful flow of information.

Work collaboratively with stakeholders throughout BILL, leveraging influence to foster strong partnerships and drive alignment.

Champion communication practices that foster an inclusive and supportive environment for our hybrid workforce.
Qualifications

8-10 years of corporate communications experience, employee and executive communications experience preferred.

Interest in using both of your internal and external communications expertise in a dual role.

Event management experience.

Knowledge of communicating about financial technology or product launches and announcements.

Experience navigating an organization that is fast-moving and growing.

Change management prowess.

The ability to see the big picture even when working in the details.

Experience coaching and influencing leaders and teams on the best ways to communicate information to employees, media, on social media, etc.

Eagle-eyed attention to detail and excellent writing skills.

Experience with slide design and message/narrative crafting.
Requirements

The estimated salary range for this role in San Jose is $131,000 β $164,300 USD.

The estimated salary range for this role in Draper, UT is $111,400 β $139,700 USD.
