Role Description
The Senior Internal Communications Manager will play a key role in executing and scaling internal communication strategies to ensure employees are informed, aligned, and motivated. This role requires close collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver clear, consistent, and impactful messaging that supports business priorities and organizational alignment.
Key Responsibilities

Internal Communications Execution

Translate high-level communication strategies into actionable plans across multiple channels.

Deliver company-wide announcements, updates, and key messaging initiatives.

Develop communication materials for town halls, AMAs, leadership meetings, and company-wide events.

Draft and edit executive communications including presentations, emails, and strategic updates.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with leadership, HR, and cross-functional teams to align messaging with business priorities.

Support communication efforts related to onboarding, planning cycles, and performance updates.

Collaborate with People and Recruiting teams on employer branding, HR programs, and internal initiatives.

Corporate & Change Communications

Contribute to cross-company communication initiatives such as organizational changes, acquisitions, or restructuring.

Support messaging consistency and quality across corporate communications.

Assist in executing communication strategies for high-impact projects and transformation initiatives.

Planning & Operations

Manage communication calendars, timelines, and internal channels (Slack, email, town halls).

Coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of communication assets.

Maintain and organize internal communication materials and resources.

Content Quality & Inclusivity

Ensure all communications reflect clarity, inclusivity, and alignment with company values.

Provide input on tone, messaging, and effectiveness of communication strategies.
Qualifications

7β15 years of experience in internal or corporate communications, preferably in high-growth or global organizations.

Bachelorβs degree in any discipline.

Proven experience working closely with senior leaders and handling sensitive information with discretion.

Strong ability to simplify complex strategies into clear, compelling communication.

Expertise in drafting executive-level communications (emails, presentations, strategy rollouts).

Familiarity with communication tools such as Slack, intranet platforms, and video tools.

Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to tone and clarity.

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
