Role Description
Weβre looking for a senior-level strategist who can operate as a genuine peer within the team. Someone who brings strong ideas, commercial thinking, and clear opinions - not someone waiting to be handed a testing backlog. If you naturally think about:
-
customer psychology
-
offer positioning
-
buying intent
-
messaging angles
-
funnel flow
Youβll probably enjoy this role.

Lead A/B testing and experimentation across client accounts

Prioritise ideas based on business impact, not just ease of implementation

Know when to make incremental improvements versus bigger strategic changes
-
Turn customer insights into meaningful growth opportunities

Build Funnels, Offers & Landing Pages
-
Develop landing pages and advertorial concepts from scratch
-
Create compelling hooks, offers, pricing structures, and value propositions
-
Contribute to messaging strategy across acquisition funnels

-
Present ideas clearly and confidently
-
Explain the reasoning behind recommendations and tests
-
Build trust through strong communication and commercial thinking

-
Bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the team
-
Help improve how we approach experimentation and growth strategy
-
Raise the standard of thinking across messaging, conversion, and performance
Qualifications

4+ years in CRO, growth, direct response, or performance marketing
-
Strong experience within DTC and/or e-commerce
-
Proven ability to improve conversion performance across cold traffic funnels
-
Deep understanding of customer psychology and buyer behaviour
Requirements
-
Experience developing offers, not just testing existing ones
-
Strong instincts around messaging, positioning, and conversion drivers
-
Ability to identify leverage points across the customer journey
-
Comfortable making strategic recommendations independently
-
Strong written communication skills
-
Able to write clear briefs, updates, and client-facing messaging
-
Comfortable presenting and defending ideas with clients
-
High ownership and self-direction
-
Commercially minded and proactive
-
Comfortable in a fast-moving remote environment
-
Comfortable working approximately 7amβ3pm Los Angeles time in order to overlap with both London and Los Angeles working hours
Bonus Points
-
Experience writing advertorials, VSLs, or long-form sales copy
-
Direct response copywriting instincts
-
Experience in lean agencies or high-performance growth teams
-
Familiarity with paid acquisition strategy and media buying psychology
Benefits
-
Full-time contract
-
Fully remote
-
High autonomy and real strategic influence
-
Small senior team working across multiple brands and verticals
-
Opportunity to shape both client strategy and the future direction of the agency
