[Hiring] Senior Growth Marketing Lead @Mojio

Role Description

We are hiring our first Senior Growth Marketing Lead to design, build, and operate Force Fleet’s growth function. You will own the full growth funnel, from acquisition to activation to lifecycle engagement, and move quickly to launch experiments that drive measurable revenue impact. This is a builder role, not a coordinator or management role. You will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer and have immediate ownership of a meaningful growth budget to test and scale initiatives. What You’ll Do and Own

• Build the Growth Engine:
  • Design and operate Force Fleet’s modern growth system.
  • High-intent customer acquisition.
  • Funnel conversion optimization.
  • Post-onboarding user activation.
  • Lifecycle engagement and retention.
• Run Rapid Growth Experiments:
  • Landing page experiments.
  • Messaging tests.
  • Funnel conversion optimization.
  • Lifecycle engagement campaigns.
  • New acquisition channels.
  • Product-led growth initiatives.
• Operate a Modern AI-Powered Growth Stack:
  • Leverage modern tools to accelerate execution.
  • Introduce and implement new tools that improve speed and efficiency.
  • Current MarTech stack includes:
    • HubSpot
    • Intercom
    • ChatGPT
    • Claude
    • Lovable
• Own the Lifecycle Experience:
  • Work collaboratively with the product team to design and improve:
    • New user activation campaigns.
    • Customer education and feature release campaigns.
    • Re-engagement campaigns.
    • Product adoption messaging.
• Co-Manage the SEO & Content Engine:
  • Work with our external SEO/content agency to ensure that content strategy supports growth objectives.
  • Responsibilities include:
    • Prioritizing topics and content strategy.
    • Tracking organic traffic growth performance.
    • Aligning content with high-intent acquisition goals.

Success in this role means building and operating a modern growth engine that consistently improves how Force Fleet attracts, activates, and retains customers. The end goal is a notable and measurable impact on ARR.

• Acquisition: Continuously improve how Force Fleet attracts and converts high-quality customers.
• Engagement: Ensure that new customers quickly understand the value of the product and begin using it in meaningful ways.
• Retention: Contribute to building long-term customer relationships and increasing the lifetime value of each customer.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expert with strong opinions on the future of growth marketing.
• Completed growth-centric educational/training programs like those offered by Reforge.
• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or product-led growth.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or vertical SaaS; bonus points for IoT experience.
• Love experimentation and building systems from scratch.
• Highly comfortable using AI tools in daily workflows.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to follow the data.
• Comfortable launching and measuring experiments quickly.
