Role Description
The Senior Global Demand Generation Manager is responsible for leading global demand generation strategy and execution across Leica’s solutions portfolio. This role drives growth by developing and activating integrated, multi-channel programs that generate qualified demand, accelerate funnel progression, and increase marketing contribution to revenue.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Lead global demand generation strategy and execution—building integrated programs designed to drive marketing qualified lead growth, improve conversion rates, and accelerate funnel velocity.

Own program-driven funnel performance, aligning channel mix, targeting strategy, content activation, and nurture pathways to increase demand capture and measurable marketing contribution to revenue.

Serve as the operational engine of demand generation, partnering with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Regions to translate strategy into scalable, high-impact global programs.

Drive global program adoption and scalability, accelerating time-to-launch, standardizing campaign frameworks, and increasing regional uptake to maximize return on marketing investment.

Continuously optimize program performance, leveraging engagement data, marketing qualified lead quality metrics, funnel conversion insights, and channel effectiveness analysis to improve cost per qualified marketing lead, lead velocity, and overall demand efficiency.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, diagnostics, life sciences or a related field.

6+ years in B2B demand generation or product/solution marketing; Proven success running global, multi‑product campaigns.

Proven ability to lead global positioning and messaging and execute integrated programs across regions and channels.

Experience partnering with product, sales, digital marketing, regional teams, and external agencies to deliver scalable, performance-driven programs.
Requirements

Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%, including domestic and international travel as needed to support global teams, customer engagements, and key industry events.

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer or attending meetings.

Ability to travel, including walking through airports, conference venues, laboratories, and trade show environments.

Ability to lift and carry light materials (e.g., laptop, marketing materials) as required.

Primarily remote work environment with regular use of standard office equipment.

Ability to work effectively across time zones in a fast-paced, global organization.

The annual salary range for this role is $125,000 - $155,000.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
